Anti-piracy Procedure:

Step 1 - Sign up, free

Step 2 - Implement Free tracking source code

Step 3 - Verify list of infringers that we should pursue

Step 4 - Receive your payments

Step 5 - (Optional) Pursue Civil Action against infringers who refuse to pay.

Step 1 - Sign up
You must be a shareware developer or owner.  Please fill up the information request sign up form.  We will contact you within 48 hours.

Step 2 - Implement tracking source code
1)we will provide you with the full details on how to post data to our tracking database.
2) During testing, you will post illegal registration data to our test database system.  
3) After we confirm that your test data is being collected correctly, you can then begin posting data to our main database, and incorporate your code into the next update release of your software. 

Step 3 - Verify monthly list of infringers that should be pursued
We will send you: a list of companies (illegal users of your software) that we identified.  You will need to search your purchase / license database and confirm that those companies did NOT purchase your software. We need be 100% sure.

Step 4 - Receive payments
You will receive payment directly from the collecting agency (copyright lawyer  or other agency). 

Step 5 - Consider pursuing civil action
For infringers who refuse to pay, you have the option of pursuing civil action.  We can share our own experience with you at appropriate time.
